@wandaroh Well, sorry I kept you waiting 4 months for a reply, but yeah, they kept us waiting. They kept putting off the repairs, and they tried like hell to delay things until the house was out of warranty. They DID eventually fix things and have attempted to force me to take the videos down. They managed to fix the door frames, but "pill bugs" or roley-poley's have been getting into the house since then. This is what they try to get away with if you don't babysit and keep on them.

I live in Lake providence, I am in the process of suing Pulte for structural damages to my home. I have been keeping a journal with pictures. I am hoping to send my story to Channel 5 ( I- Investigate) Representative Linda Elam and State Attorney General Mae Beavers. I may have to do the video thing, Very impressive. Did they actually repaired your mothers home? I have been waiting 8 months...

I think I already am... :P One of these days im going to have to get around to posting yet another video showing all the things that they still HAVENT fixed... I guess im just glad to know that people are still watching these and it is potentially costing them sales.. Which really makes me wonder... Wouldnt it have been cheaper and easier for them to fix my problems 6-7 months ago when I first asked them to? Before I took and posted the videos? Duh.... I dunno...
Currently workN on my vid...will let ya know when it's completed...my builder has hidden behind his lawyer for 2 years now. It's time I go public.

@ravenhoodtech That seems to be the M.O. for these builders. Keep dragging things out as long as possible instead of fixing them right away in the hopes that the warranty will expire and they'll only have to fix the tiny list of things instead of everything that's wrong.

@ravenhoodtech If you need any help with the video, let me know, I'm about 30 mins away and would love to take another jab at Pulte and Del-Webb. Especially since we finally sold the house we had there.

part two: At this point I am putting my house up for sale and telling everyone that comes through the door, why they should not buy a Pulte home. Won't sale my house ( can't anyway) not fixed, but will bring me great satisfaction of at least saying my peace.

@wandaroh My mom finally sold her place at the end of january. If you end up using cry leike, or are using them already, just a heads up, the realtor that works through the office is a moron and takes all day to do the closing. Hint: Make him do ALL the leg-work, running around, ect.. Its what he's getting paid for, and its not your job to drive around to 2 different title co's plus do all the waiting. And dont sign the paperwork to release the check until you actually HAVE it in front of you.

I am now waiting 13 months for Pulte to make repairs that the had agreed was their fault in Feb. I am not sure what the game is, keep me hanging so I will go away?? They did not build my house to codes and it has cost me thousands to clean up their mess, storage and mold control.

@wandaroh 13 months? Guess what, your out of warranty now and getting things fixed is going to get even harder.. I'll send you a private message with my number. If you want, call me and I can help you record and upload your video to youtube. Sometimes making stuff like this public is the best way to force a builder like this to comply.. Saying that, I'd also be happy to walk into the construction office with you and help you argue necessary repairs. I would enjoy it immensely. :D
