Despised and Rejected (Ashley Update)

My typed comment here, I realize, probably won't make much sense but it's really just a note to self marking time and what I was thinking when making this video. I was, beside the spiritual application, thinking of a scene from the "Kick The Can" segment of Twilight Zone the Movie where Mr. Conroy (Bill Quinn), by his own decision, couldn't go back to his childhood. "You'll have to stay with yourself," as the young Mr. Agee said to him, alone, at the window. For a brief moment he was alone, in one camera shot, until the hands of his friends came to comfort him. This scene of the movie reminds me of this current "scene" of life. The comfort of family and friends means SO MUCH! Thank you.

Thank YOU for the encouragement you give us through your videos! I've been wondering where you went... glad to see a new video on your channel.

You know... there have been times where God worked something out (answered a prayer) in a way that I didn't understand at first. What seemed like a major setback ended up being the answer to the prayer. Sometimes we need reminding that He's in control... and His methods aren't always going to be the most obvious.
