So I'm driving the other day and this fool is driving for like A WHILE with a completely shredded tire like the Steel of his wheel on the pavement and just keeps on driving hahaha no Hazards lights no pullin over like for a while!!!! Then it dawned on me ... I HAVE AN IPHONE i must use its power.
