  • Beauty. Very much like the one I had about 17 year ago (was 9"+). Lost it and an entire tank of fish including 10 other Synos when he wacked the heater into a rock and I didn't notice until late that evening. Only fish to survive was my Brachysynodontis batensoda, just died last year after having him for 22 years. Thanks for posting!

  • I bought mine about 2 years ago from A5 aquatics near Nuneaton for about 5 pounds :)

    I think he's about 8 inches now :o I admit I havent seen them for sale for a while now

  • Wow, I had one of these about eight years ago, it was killed in a gloss paint incident with the wife!

    I think you will pay upwards of £50 for a tiny juvenile in Leeds.
