@jtarakthai, most likely it is to try trick the defender into thinking you are going to shoot or attempt a long pass.

My talent doesn't show very much in this video because I was instructed to do everything half speed. My talent took me to play at a division 1 college! :)
I have only seen Coerver training videos... I dont know womens soccer level in the states, but as a coach I must say you need to practice your speed of the drills a whole lot more.

It was a video taken at 6 in the morning, I was half asleep, and my coach had me do everything extremely slow so his younger girls team could learn at home! I only gave probably 50% effort.
