So i just got back into wow like a couple weeks ago and the next day i got on i just flew into Storm peaks and out of no where Time Lost Proto Drake spawned right in front of me O.o but im so happy i got it. thx to NPC_Scan

Always? not ! I saw him somewhere else... The place that you're talking about, is a place where there are 3 possible spawn..., so 3 possible path.

they always seem to spawn when there is 2 or more people looking for it.
