Just record a bunch of gameplay into a single video file, edit out whatever makes you look as incompetent as you really are, and then set it to some music no one else wants to hear!
Set the framerate to match the audio duration in virtual dub to make sure that it syncs up properly.
BAM! Shitty montage that's still probably better than half the shit you see on youtube!
