@aafaking How can you say that no one speak Armenian at Aleppo? Should not the Armenians speak their native language! There live many Armenians in Aleppo, But I would say that everyone speaks Armenian Kessab:) Of course, Arabic as the language of Syria. But all societies have their home language!

@nerya21 Bingo! And that's where it will stay!

@ocanbarieh Well thank you for the invitation. I'll be happy to come by once Bashar alAssad and Buthaina Shaaban are where they should be: In prison.

@celloswiss You can wipe Palestine off your map, but you can never wipe it off from people's hearts. And please, stop your Israeli propaganda, no body is buying it. Israel is good at playing the blame game and pointing fingers. Syria is a lovely place indeed, I hope you will have the opportunity to visit it :)

Syria is not surrounded by the countries you mentioned. You forgot Israel and Lebanon and included something called "Palestine" which, as a nation, doesn't event exist. Nice try though....
Oh, and by the way, Syria seems to be a perfect tourist destination these days. The regime is shooting its own population and sends actors to the Israeli border in order to avert attention to their own crimes.
Other than that, a lovely place.
