The mission of the Quebec CMA Order is to protect the public and monitor the practice of the CMA profession through the enforcement of high standards. It supports current and future CMAs in the development of their competencies.
A customer relationship management system, called Dynamics CRM, gives the Order a consolidated view of data as well as interactions with members and business partners. This technology allows an overview of activities and helps increase organizational performance through personalized and efficient service which strengthens client relationships.
Implemented with expert advisors, this system helps the Quebec CMA Order (more effectively) ensure the influence and leadership of CMAs, today and in the future.
