  • This performance is weak! Set your chop before you enter. Also, too many variations ofof legato style. Someone is "blatty!" Bass trombone, like others prior, flubbed too many entrances. You owe a much better performance to Bach!

  • make sure you center in on the pitch, especially those high A's. It's very prevalent if you miss them. And you guys were fairly sharp aswell.

  • It was ok I played this in a brass quintet for state solo and ensemble in Texas. The biggest problem was that the main theme lacked some balls most of the time wherever it was being played. The main theme is the long tones btw.

  • hey tell the guy who began to watch out for legato and overall articulation and his tuning also :S

  • I'm playing it in a quartet too, but on clarinets and huh well,This is a Baroque song.. maybe it shoud be played a little bit more staccato and lively.. Except that excellent Job !

  • Good job, guys!

  • The articulation is way too varied to reflect how this would have originally been played. The technical issues speak for themselves.

  • Nothing special.

    Good job.

  • excellent job

my HS trombone choir is playing this and I know the first part can be a bit rough in some places

    all your As spoke great

    excellent job

  • the beginning is...bad ;) but the rest is fine besides some errors. And I think it's rather slow.

The overall interpretation could use some "fire", enthusiasm, etc^^

I like the crescendos and diminuendos, well done, but some parts (like local climaxes) should be played louder imo.

    nice :)
