BOSCH MUM86A1 - making dough

I want you to apologize for my delay of uploading this video. However my camera was broken and I couldn't make anything.

Anyway... In this short vid I'm going to show you my BOSCH kitchen machine, when it's making pizza dough. I used 1kg of flour.

I think it's good too ;) But you have to know what kind of food you're going to process.

I think it has protection before overheating. You can watch videos on YT with that machine. So you'll see the durability.

i'm from gambero rosso school..... oil it's the last ingredient to put in the doug....salt goes before the oil....

It isn't super silent machine but the noise is really constant. This machine works only few minutes so all sounds aren't annoying.

It sounds really noisy, if you could compare the noise to something, what would it be comparable? I suppose that the camera amplifies the sound, it's just that it sounds so loud to me... I really like the machine though!
