O My God. I know exactly what he means.

Also worth a note that if you have an old cast metal pot or a thick ceramic one put some hot water in first to heat the pot. The water needs to be boiling and if you use a cold pot it draws heat away from the water which makes for an inferior brew.

Milk goes in first if its loose tea leafs in pot if teas in a bag milk goes in last... most importantly you needs china mug for the best tasting brew.. the art according to me
