That is a bit much sugar. I think I may try this sometime but I think using shortening on the fondant, counter top, and your hands is a good idea. ;)

This video was horrible. You should talk rather then have music. Also, you should use a Mixer to mix everything together. Once that is done, sprinkle powdered sugar on the counter instead of greasing the surface.
