I had no ideia people colud go to Hyjal.The area will be opend again the next patch.

@Automonaut9 i think it was because nordrassil (world tree :P) lost some of its power, and in using it to defeat archimonde they were no longer immortal. they decided teldrassil might help them get it back

that actually sounds plausible but from what ive seen (the warcraft mini moovie thing of the attack on the world tree) the tree wasnt destoryed it was abrely touched so can someone expalain to me why Teldressil was made and the oringinal world tree left behind?

If you play wc3 you can learn more about it as well. I dont know if rts games are your thing but i reccomend it if you want to know more of the lore
