This reports "The Times" of the North.
A quarter of the 12 and 13-year-old youth smoke daily, according to research by the Trimbos Institute and the University of Utrecht. They interviewed 3,000 young people between 12 and 18 years.
Of children in child care has been 33 percent ever smoked cannabis, compared with 4 percent out of the youth care. The young people smoke cannabis, drinking and smoking are not only more, but start at a younger age than their peers in mainstream education.
They also have an increased change to fall into the Paedophile Network of the 'Justice' and 'Safety' department in coorperation with the CPS.
