NICE!! I plan on getting a 2003 GT and boosting it this coming year. Id be happy with those numbers for certain!!

It's not my car, but I know they have some work done to handle that kind of torque.

@wildman00sax thnxx any tranny work?
-

is this with the cartuning intercooler or ust the turbo kit alone?

Interesting. How's the stock UIM holding up, and why haven't you gone with the L26UIM .
-
@mousehunter311 Looks like you aren't very familiar with the 3800

Superchargers suck ass. Turbo's are way more mod friendly. I have my turbo kit just waiting to put it in. First snow, it's KILLING ME!! TURBOS ARE SEXY!!

I'm sure it can. The differential is the weak link in the L36 tranny (and the L67 too)
I guess if you are making that kind of power, don't launch too hard or drive it too heavy. An upgraded transmission would be a good idea if you plan on making more power or going to the track.

Yeah. There's a turbo GT that makes 870 horsepower at the wheels with the stock block.
Your a dumb shit, 3800 can handle plenty on stock internals. Ive been in w bodies for some time now, superchrged a n/a 3800 z34 Monte Carlo, got that to a 13.6, then threw a gen v, xp cam, and headers, and other goods into a 98 GTP and ran a 12.8, all on stock internals aside from the cam. The engines can handle it.

Stock internals are a lot stronger then most people think. stock 3800 bottom ends have been pushed over 700whp. stock crank and rods have been pushed over 840whp. and there are plenty of people that push 500whp on stock internals and drive them daily.
the l36 has weaker rods (like whats in the video) but the cranks are the same. and these have been pushed into the mid to upper 400whp with no signs of giving up. Dont post unless you have modded a 3800 or know how far they can be pushed.
