The stimulus wasn't just to create jobs. It was to keep the economy from sinking into a Black hole. I'm sure we'd be better off right now "without" unemployment benefits - tax cuts for the middle class - lending for business - teachers in our schools - cops and firefighters protecting us - no auto industry and millions more laid off. You'd have to be a clueless fucking moron to call the stimulus a failure. If Obama listened to the GOP the unemployment rate would be at 15% right now.

That sure a hell would be more than just one job. Think of hundreds of thousands of jobs that would have been created if govt didn't borrow nearly all the money that's out there to lend to finance their budgets....
