@awaldegrave Yes, it might just be a shadow from something like a tree or a rock, although these fellas are mighty big and guess it sort of could resemble a head and shoulder. But who knows. :)

I lived in a vey remote area of southern B.C. I had the best of the best ATV's and I was fortunate that I could travel into the high country on roads that even 4x4 trucks couldn't travel.
My ATV was a big guy and easily carried myself and my wife, we had the machine well equipped with a winch, rifle racks, storage cases and a good GPS system.
We were in the high country well above the tree line, above us on the crest of a hill stood this large creature, I did get my field glasses on him,,,,,,

Great area. Any thoughts on that big dark something that sort of peeks over a bush, as the camera pans from around 1:05, right in the center of the screen at one point, about 1:11 ?
