Just buy a syringe and make a spore syringe, its the most sterile method you can use.
or if you really want to use the spores on their own, just scrape them into the bottom of a steralised jar then pour in steralised substrate. All done inside a glovebo of course.
A sterile environment is once again used to minimize the chances of other bacteria making it's way into the substrate, hence sterilizing the needle before and during inoculation is also for the same reason.
That's right, the substrate is that which is being sterilized when boiled. Preferably you want to handle it with clean hands so that no bacteria will remain on the outside of the jar afterwords and work its way up to the top lid of the jar, which will increase the chances of bacteria contamination-key focus here is (minimization)
lol he sterilizes his hands then at 2:07 he contaminates his hands by grabbing what ever below the table XD... honestly the box with the gloves and sleeves isnt really needed just was your hands up to your elbow throughly ... and sterilize your needle... and your set.. no need to buy the extrea crap.

But syringes are the best way of doing it.
