The likely scenario is that when the police identified themselves he was walking toward the door to answer it and was asking what was going on and the police in their haste shot an unarmed man and fixed the scene to justify themselves.Why would a veteran marine weapons experience aim a loaded weapon at fully armed officers if he knew he was not breaking the law in any way? And if he did have the gun may be he thought he was being robbed! How can we protect ourselves from police then ????

@iBuckFush oh yeah i forgot to add, there were two shotguns and one pistol thrown into the bushes in the front yard, the police recovered them but did not file them in the police report. when i talked to the detective he said there was no reason to believe they were part of the incident.

honestly who gives a fuck if they claim they are police? I was a victim of a home invasion where my door was kicked in with people yelling police, one of the three guys even had a bullet proof vest with the word police across it. yet they turned out to be burglars and broke my skull. then the police say no proof a crime was committed because i refused to talk to them while i was being rushed into surgery. what a joke
