Excellent system and techniques. Regarding the 'opponent standing still' type comments, it seems obvious to me that if you are practicing potentially lethal strikes, during practice the attacker needs to be stationary for safety sake and in a street situation, the kenpo 'defender' would change and adapt the technique to suit the situation. Thanks for posting the video!

Hello vingtsunjohn, sorry for the very late replies, "unrealistic" and "most don't hold up in real encounters" - as you have such a poor opinion of Kenpo, enough to vent your comments here - again I openly extend our invitation to you to visit us here in the UK - you will have your eyes opened and I GUARANTEE your thought process will change with regard to Kenpo.
