Most of the reps were touch and go. Sue me. I also used a belt to protect against risk of injuries from bad form. Box could have been a little lower but who cares, I got 30 reps bitches! Keyboard warriors can suck a fat one.

  • you did a good job so does wearing a belt help with back support if so ill get one i used to back squat 270 x9 now even light i can fell it a bit in my back i might start back squating again

    thanks...I think a belt can help tighten your abs making it easier to stabilize. also you get back support in case your form gets a little mangled, although it won't make you that immune to injury. For what it's worth, I've been without the belt for over 6 months now and I'm probably stronger than I was with it. Back when I was a weakling though (and I still am haha), getting a belt boosted my confidence in squatting.

    Nice....right now I'm on the infamous 20 rep squat routine where I just cleared 240. Boxing has made it pretty tough to gain weight though, so i'm eating a lot more than usual.

  • I don't know why everyones beatin on you, they were good squats for that many reps! 185 is my max. Btw even if they were bad squats I wouldve given it a like for the shoes. Converse for life. Btw nice squatting.

  • u got eat right, try takin in 300 grams of protein a day. al i eat is meat. protein drinks and weight gainers are all jokes. takin 300 g of protein and atleast 7,000 to 12000 calories a day. sleep 10 hr a day and lift 4-5 hrs a day, 7 days a week and ull blow up fast.
