@bacord18 Thank you! If you look through my blog page (link in the description), I've been struggling with color grading for many months, and I am still learning!
The key thing is to shoot the footage very flat, bringing out the dynamic range as much as possible, then grading it by, 1. Balance the luma. 2. Balance the color using the color wheel. There are lots of tutorials on Youtube. For this particular movie, I brought out the blue from the midtone a bit, and did NOT crush the black.
