Its not about whether or not a woman has the right to abort. The real question is what is it that she is aborting. Human or not?

Jia, at what age do "human" rights begin?

When did we become human?

And for those who say at viability...viability varies with each child

If Pro-Choicer's believe a woman has a "Constitutional Right" to an abortion, why not file suit saying that women's 14th Amendment rights are being violated because she can't legally obtain an abortion after 34 weeks of gestation without medical cause?

In China, a child can be aborted at "Any" time, do u support that?
