Anna Caterina Antonacci as Medea, Epidaurus 2007. "E che? Io son Medea!". 46 years after the Callas Medea at the Ancient Epidaurus Theatre, Anna Caterina Antonacci brings the tragic heroine to life! She 's no Callas but she sure sang a very decent Medea in a huge open-air theatre, with the Orchestra behind her and with a terrible maestro (Lukas Karytinos). This is the second part of the Finale.
The same things were said of Callas, too. Anna Caterina is by FAR the most interesting figure in Opera today.

Her´s is not a flawless voice. But there is much more to t, and that does not matter at all.

i think the tenor says "che vedrai" instead of "barbara i figli miei"?
not bad support of her vocal line but not good either
