well I don't know what kind of capoeira you practice, but we do fight. If you want to join the image most people have that capoeira is a dance you are welcome, but at the end capoeira is a fight. Ever been to brasil? you would know better so,....

Capoeira is played as a game, one may dance a little as one is playing with his opponent. but like any game sometimes people get rough. if your not prepared to stand up for your self in the roda thats fine shake hands and back away.
