For gas exchange to be efficient there must be a close match of ventilation & perfusion in the lungs. This video offers an overview of the process of ventilation perfusion matching, using beautiful, scientifically accurate 3D visualisation & digital story-telling. We take a look inside the human body to follow the path of air breathed in, right down to the alveolar capillaries, to see what occurs to the partial pressure of oxygen (PO2) & the partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PCO2) when ventilation is low or high relative to perfusion. This video is designed to facilitate your understanding of this specific area of respiratory physiology & was released on the App Store Oct 2011. @greendeezel Absolutely! This is one of our objectives, however we need to be introduced or connected to education department decision-makers to make this happen. Thankyou for your enquiry. 3Dme has not produced anything on CRT (Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy) at this stage. The visual is really good. But this video was overall not helpful because it doesn't go into perfusion or ventilation and how the coupling of the two is coordinated by the lungs.

This video was fantastic. I would love to check out your app. I would like to see your 3D animation in more depth with the full version of your product. I am currently a degree seeking junior in exercise physiology and I believe this would be very useful within the exercise physiology department at the university I attend in the US.
