For the best result yes. But I think you have to have a special record player for that (but not sure). I myself use the phono connection of the recordpayer and the computer. I clean the sound with Nero wave editor and then Sony sound forge....

how do you copy these music from cassetes ro jugoton cd's onto the computer when i trty recording the sound its to dull can you tell me how you did it

I´ll try and explain how I do when I get home from work ;o)

(I don´t use the best method though I can say that already now. The best method is to have an USB recordplayer or USB casetteplayer that you connect in a USB slot on the computer)
