man what a voice! what a mind! i was a kid working at a major music chain when dusk came out. this 40 year old guy came in and wanted me to pick out something for him he'd never heard of. sent him on his way with dusk. you should have seen the look in his eyes when he came back. that's still my favorite thing matt ever did. johnny marr doesn't hurt either.

Young folks WHAT THE Matt is many things & trying to put a label or reason why he writes certain lyrics you'll never figure out. The name of the song is The Violence Of Truth & that pretty much is a wrap with what he writes in the lyrics to this song. Never will their any person with talent that is second to no~one.I've seen his concerts since he first started & my whole family and friends still live and breathe THE THE> Something tells me that Matt could pretty keep up with anyone on thisearth
