Yeah I know they are out there, and I know they can be compressed and mixed untill they sound like a CD. So why not?

Theres loads of stuff out there that nobody can get their hands on yet. Just look at the credits from the 2003 DVD theres tons of footage from shows that have never surfaces and they are good quality. Normal good quality video is accompnied by some good quality multi tracked audio.

Actually Jimmy had a mic for his backing vocals section of "Whole lotta love" you can see it sometimes in footage....watch TSRTS version and you can see it...not saying he trip'd on the mic..hes prolly pretty high again by now.

Ive heard that somewhere aswell... I doubt he got caught up in a mic stand (like live aid 1985) because the only one onstage at the time was roberts. It doesnt sound like loss of connection. Best bet is that he dropped somthing or fell over.
