@guitarraveboy ??? I'm confused. I'm not sure I understood your comment... I personally don't try to sound like anyone. I can't change my voice into something it's not. I'm not vocally trained. I sound like myself but if you think I sound like colbie than I take that as a compliment because she is very talented.

American idol is not industrialized. Also there are thousands of beautifull girls/women on youtube with their guitars and singing trying to get "discovered" just look to the right at the column. Unfortunately 99% of them try to sound/look like someone else. Their friends/family say they sound great. They get compliments from guys when they wear short skirts and low tops, and they mistake this for real criticism of their performance. Many people try to be nice rather than honest.

@guitarraveboy Yah I agree. Which is unfortunate because I sometimes fear that I really sound like shit and people just say "amazing!" "great!" just to be nice or return the favor after I commented on something of theirs. I want true opinions and harsh criticism. It will only better me in the long haul.
