@GeekBoy03 Please enlighten me what Wong Kiss Vs US is. :P
-
@PresBarack Wong Kiss vs US deals with LEGAL immigrants who were granted residency for the purpose of permantly residing in the US.
-
58% of Americans want the 14th reinterpreted.

@PresBarack, Citizenship not granted is not removed. Congress can control how US citizenship is granted.
Congress, in passing the 14th Amendment, created a blanket law removing from States the power to grant citizenship. States should pass citizenship laws to be in effect if Congress repeals the 14th. California already has laws in the Government Codes near sections 241 and 270.

@drharris2020 Actually it was just children of diplomats and that's exactly what the amendment says. Also refer to Wong Kim V. United States.

@borderraven Citizenship cannot be taken, and is garunteed by the 14th Amendment. Also please refer to Afroyim v. Rusk.

@drharris2020, Some aliens are transient aliens, and are under embassy/consular jurisdiction. Children of transient aliens, of alien public ministers and consuls, are under embassy/consular jurisdiction, and therefore are not entitled to enjoy the privilege of US citizenship.

Amendment 14 - was illegally Ratified 1868.
In violation of the constitution, it did not have a 3/4 majority.
Only 7 of 15 states.
It was signed by the vice president.
Only the president can sign an amendment.
The 14 th is illegal, the rules are simple and in the constitution.
Citizenship is not a right, it is a privilege. A right cannot be taken, but a privilege can be taken and surrendered. Transient aliens, alien public ministers and consuls, are under embassy/consular jurisdiction. Children of transient aliens, of alien public ministers and consuls, are under embassy/consular jurisdiction, and therefore are not entitled to enjoy the privilege of US citizenship.
