Ive doing this exercise for about a month or so... Whoo it has mad my flexibility go through the roof... Plus I feel a lit stronger on my single leg take off! Enjoy
I recommend doing 3x12 (6 each leg with 3 curls)
how long/weeks is each phase in the program?
