Ernst Frederik Linko [formerly Lindroth] (1889-1960) is a Finnish composer. Between 1911-1914 he studied composition and music theory in Berlin and St. Petersburg, and in the years 1924-1925 in Paris. His work includes four piano concertos (1916, 1920, 1931, 1957) and a "Symphonie chevaleresque" (1949).
This work is the "Piano Concerto No. 2 in E major" (1918-20).

I don't know any Finnish, but I did catch that the movements are:
I. Allegro con brio
II. Allegretto semplice
III. Rondo alla Finlandese
For anyone who's interested.

Fantastic post! I've never heard this piece before, I love its Rach-ish vigor! :D Btw, the conductor's correct name is Osmo Vänskä ;)
