My daughter just turned 4 months, she's pretty advanced in all other aspects according to our pediatrician and I'm all about having her make the visual/audio/motion connections to everyday things so I'm definitely starting her out with some of the basic things you showed in this video (even though she doesn't yet have the dexterity to sign anything properly) Anyway, thank you!

When should you start sign with a baby?
Dreamworld542 1 year ago
@Dreamworld542 i don't think theres any right age...but I do know that the earlier the better...even as early as newborns. But I know of a lot of moms who didn't start to teach it to their babies sign until 5 or 6 months or later and the outcome is still the same :) But babies who start at a newborn age start to sign back at 5 or 6 months

Great video! Very helpful :) My daughter is 14 months and she knows about 12 signs so far, and recognizes many, many more! We started using them at 6 months :)
