  • What doesn't make any sense here is that if Lenny were such the money guru then why the fuck did he even bother getting a mortgage on ANYTHING? He could have bought houses cash, on the spot, free and clear. I find Lenny's side of the story highly unbelievable. He was either not as rich as he claimed or he was simply stupid with money and BORROWED EVEN MORE beyond his own multi-million dollar annual income. This is the mark of an intelligent investor? I don't think so.

  • LOL... That lawyer aught to know better. The only valid contracts on real estate in the US MUST be on paper. It's called the Statute of Fraud.

    They can't enforce verbal agreements on real estate.
