@Rochabp to a degree you are correct. However, my post was more of a warning. People tend to think "more is better" when it comes to supplements. Increased levels of NO for short periods of time will aid in building muscle. However, prolonged levels will eventually do more harm than good. You must remember. The supplement market isn't regulated. So the manufatures don't have to tell you any of the side effects

@pmhoard can you fill me in bro? isnt inflamatory good for building muscle? like increased DOMS which is in of 5 theories(inflamation). DOMS will require thus more recovery thus greater muscle.

NO( chemical formula for Nitric Oxide) is good in small amouts however, sustained levels of NO is associated with various carcinomas and inflammatory conditions including juvenile diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis and ulcerative colitis
NO causes serious migranes.

@Trashboldus - If you don't drink a lot of water ...and if you are susceptible to migraines then yes - THE KEY IS STAY HYDRATED - 8 GLASSES A DAY MINIMUM and with all the benefits of water this will only benefit you.
