A tutorial of Up Ship! by Adam Young's side project Port Blue, from the wonderful album The Airship.
You might have noticed the sudden movements of my left hand right after playing a chord, especially after the highest chord (D+A) - this is done to "get out of the way" because the right hand is about to play the same note(s) that the left hand just played. With the D+A chord, the right hand plays both of the chord's notes right after the chord is played, hence that "jump" (although a jump isn't really needed, you could just kinda lift up your fingers one after the other quickly from right to left... I prefer the "jump"). With all the other chords, the right hand plays only the right note of the chord, so only my thumb gets out of the way.
I hope i didn't confuse anybody... ^^
Good luck!
