Because on Thunder Lightning Strike there is a lot of instramentals. Infact, she wasnt really on their first album, so when it cam to performing live she just killed it, wrecked the stage and freestyled. When you see them live, she also tries to get the audience involved by making new chants. She awesome!

@theFriendlyHughes , just have fun and feel good in the sound and moment. I thk thats what this band is about. live in the moment... i feel like saying "love to make noise, GO TEAM, Cats are in our hood, GO TEAM!" She'll say it, its all about the now.

@ItsFootballNotSoccer I remember once hearing that they initially released one of their records online first, and the music studio forced them to rewrite the songs.

I remember seeing an interview with them where she says she improvises some of the lyrics. I don't think it's out of not caring or not being professional, but more about keeping that fresh, urgent, spur of the moment feeling their music has.
