2009 NBA All-Star game highlights 2-15-09'

Featuring our homeboy Brandon Roy who scored 14pts on 7 for 8 shooting with 5 boards & 5 assists in the most minutes by any player on either side at 31.

This is one of the better All-Star games I've seen.
Both teams looked like they wanted to win from the beginning so it was competitive throughout. Not to say the defense was locked down or anything but this is what you watch a game like this for - great players with great moves making great plays.

West beats East 146-119.

DMKPDX but if I, can dunk, then anybody can, I am simply 5ft 7inchs seriously! Just follow a real training program like the one I am using "50inch vertical [dot] com", it will maximize your jump/rebounding and your first step in basketball.

DMKPDX, now and again I make myself to bear in mind how it was like just before I was able to dunk for real. As soon as I put to use the training system at "50inch vertical (dot) com" - my game has been improving quickly and I'm even a starter now!
