Indeed there is no right turn. I get to see finals into CCU from Madhyamgram regularly. The birds are just swooping down during those final 1 mile or so.

Yes. The ILS in FSX is perfectly lined up with a patch of grass alongside the runway. Thus nececcitating a right turn to get on centreline (which is no where near the localizer) once visual. See the ILS alligned centre (and Autopilot in Autoland) till I see the runway at about 1:36 at which point you have to make a right turn. This is not in the charts or, assumedly, in real life. FSX scenery error.
