This is how I remember it....Gary Carter only had ONE strike on him when he started the rally with a single. It seems like the majority of New Englanders think there were two-outs, two strikes, and nobody on base. I know it's a small detail, but I've always insisted Carter only had one strike on him.

people forget that if Buckner would have fielded the ball cleanly, Wilson got a huge jump to first, and might have beaten the badly hurt Buckner. in other words, why the hell is he in there? he should be on the DL!
