smoking is bad for you. but it is not a health issue. the owner of a resturant or bar should be able to make that decision for them selves if they want to permit it or not. even in states that still permit smoking there are plenty of smoke free restaurants and bars. and for employees. they are not forced to work any were. if they hate smoke they should have never decided to work in a place that permits smoking.
