Aswell, Nintendo understands these people are just fans trying to sell to other fans. Sure they're making money off the carts, but the money is going back into making the carts and holding their little retro company together.
Nintendo was once a little company going up against big companies due to "copyright" problems considering Donkey Kong, I'm sure they would never want to do that to their fans considering how hard it was for them at the time.
Actually they would LOVE to shut them down along with Acekard, and all the other companies producing flashcart devices, but there is little they can do. These are all made in China and let's just say their laws on copyrights are less than lenient! If they ever do manage to shut one down, 2 more would pop up and take up the slack.
Good point. But I'm sure Nintendo feels they have "better" things to go after, like the DS Flash Card devs (since they and others got R4 made illegal in Japan).
You're right, they didn't sell it, but Super Mario, Dr. Mario... 2 of their biggest Nintendo IPs included with $0 going to them. Nothing against RetroUSB, I love their stuff, but the big N has been known to go after even the little guys!
Pretty cool. The only thing I can't understand is why Nintendo isn't going after Retrousb for copyright infringement. I know it's old stuff that isn't available to the public, unless said public has $2000+ to spend on an original NWC cart :P, but Nintendo still goes after the Chinese multi-cart manufactures when they get a chance. The original NWC repro has Mario too!

My guess is they don't care since it's a cart they didn't sell anyway.
