SIRI ® TO DEBUT HER FIRST MUSIC COLLABORATION
2011 has been the year of unlikely music collaborations -- David Guetta and Snoop Dogg; Skrillex and KoRN. If these aren't surprising enough, Sydney based electronic artist Neon Stereo has taken unexpected collaborations to a whole new level, having teamed up with synthesized voice of Siri for her debut musical performance.
Siri joined Neon Stereo in his Sydney studio, where the two artists hit it off and recorded the single Massive Bass, a futuristic electronic single that explores Siri's trademark synthetic diva style.
"Siri is a star in her own right, I'm just glad she's into electronic music as much as I am" Neon Stereo says.
Neon Stereo has amassed a resume that would be the envy of even the most experienced producer. He has produced official remixes for likes of Deadmau5, Ou Est Le Swimming Pool & Steve Angello, topped the HYPEM.COM chart with his unofficial reworkings of Gotye & Justice and now, ahead of his debut US tour, can add a world first collaboration with Siri to that list.
