Cartwheel full HELP

I've been trying this a couple times now, but I still don't understand how I can land it and flip it more.

this is a kind a old vid and you probably can do it but anyway. you over rotated this a lot, you went kind a doublefull. americano is a bit harder than a cw full but everyones should learn it first so they will learn how to jump UP ! and when you take your hand up, bounce as hard as you can it's a much more easier and goes inverted better.

Still cant do this trick, have tried it after a long time again and got injured seriously on my elbow, still fuckd up xD

you can try to go into the flip more before you start to spin, because you just jump and rotate and then start going into it.

My cart full ain't better, but what you have to do is iniciating the backflip THEN twist. If you know what I mean when I say DELAY, you'll get it

You're trying to twist too early...

Treat it like cart - fronthalf, so first of all go for a FRONTFLIP and when you're upside down do a halftwist ;]
