This is MUSIC. So much of the noise these young people are putting out today is annoying even insulting to the senses. This brother has that Old School flava with the freshness of contemporary sound. Solid.

My friend, Skip Martin (formerly of "Kool & the Gang") singing his latest song "WHEN." Somewhere in the video are a couple more friends: Tom Schumann (Keyboard Player for Spyro Gyro for 40 yrs) & Gabriel Falcon (Santa Fe & the Fat City Horns Percussionist). He's the guy wearing the black-rimmed eyeglasses! I love this video because it was done by a friend & the wonderful lyrics---and the fact that it was recorded in my hometown and most favorite City in the world, Las Vegas, NV (USA)! ;-)

Skip...no joke...this is a beautiful song and video. I grew up in Akron and I absolutely idolized the Dazz Band, especially being a very young trumpeter at the time.
