Thank you for the review! Do you think that the gel formula if applied over foundation (as i would probably use it throughout the day) would it smudge the foundation ???????????????? x

purchased that for the dark circles. didn't work for me neither :) tbh sometimes i feel like my eyes are more puffy after i use it.

@lSimplesidad it will help reduce the puffiness but if you have dark circles it's not going to help that much. It may help to reduce it over time, but not instantly
