Creep (MOVIE REVIEW)

Creep is a horror movie released in 2004 staring Franka Potente (Run Lola Run) and directed by Christopher Smith.

Creep was an alright flick for a dumb horror movie. It had some good sets, make up, was well paced and had decent performances.

A snobby modeling agent type gets lost in the London subway after falling asleep on a bench. She is confronted by a wasted co worker who tries to rape her. He is violently dragged off the subway by an unseen assailant. The rest of the movie is just Franka trying to evade her attacker.

This movie had some ok gore scenes. Nothing too over the top. Just your typical stabbing in the skull, railroad spike through the neck type stuff. Plenty of WTF moments, too. Why is there a secret lab in the sewers ? How can Franka rip a steel chain out of a wall ? Why is this guy hunting humans ? Why is he driving a secret subway car ? Pure nonsense.

At any rate, this movie was fun. Plenty of illogical moments, but entertaining and well put together nonetheless.

I liked this movie, watched it at night alone in my house, heard banging on the ground above me, ( my bros room), not kidding there was nobody even in my house, nor neighbors.

Very illogical premise- would nevere happen in real life but it still Creeped the hell out of me! I was actually disgusted at myself for watching the whole thing and I love horror movies. Gets very disgusting after you see the bad guy. Found it hard to sleep afterwards. Loved the ending.
