Whistler, BC, Peak 2 Peak Gondola

Linking Whistler and Blackcomb mountains in British Columbia, the PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola will enable skiers to easily access terrain on both mountains with a speedy and scenic 11-minute, 4.4-km (2.7-mi) ride. This gondola will have the longest unsupported span in the world (3.024 km (1.88 mi) from tower to tower) and, at its highest point off the ground, will be 436 m (1427 ft) above Fitzsimmons Creek.
